The Opportunity:

Under the direction of the Director, Logistics and Compliance, this role is responsible for completing the receiving, fulfillment and pick/pack/ship duties related to the wholesale operations of the Sentrex Distribution. In addition this role will support data entry activities related to the distribution activities of the warehouse in support of the PSP programs.

A Day in the Life (What you will do here):

  • Product receiving.
  • Pick/pack/ship product orders as required.
  • Carry out other supply and non-drug inventory fulfillment activities.
  • Complete required GMP records to document drug product movement into the warehouse, storage within the warehouse, and shipments out of the ACRE Distribution facility.
  • Execute other GMP warehousing tasks as assigned.
  • Perform inventory reconciliation and counts as required.
  • Data entry in support of GMP and PSP activities as required.
  • Perform product recall activities based on the supplier requirements and/or Health Canada. Take appropriate measures to ensure alignment.
  • Support product returns as required per SOP.
  • Escalate issues with products to management and QA as required.
  • Additional duties as determined by your Manager.

What you need to ensure you are set up for success:

  • English – verbal/written
  • Experience in a warehouse environment picking, packing and shipping product
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with warehouse ERP systems and asset
