Overview: Petro Canada and A&W are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Supervisors for our retail locations in Mississauga and Etobicoke, ON. This full-time, permanent role requires supervising and coordinating the activities of sales workers to ensure efficient retail operations and excellent customer service.

Experience:

• 7 months to less than 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
• Manage cash
